Good personality traits for a Homicide Detective to have would be honest, dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, quick, determined, open-minded, and curious. Curious meaning like they’re really wondering about their case because they really want to solve it. Bad personality traits for a homicide detective would be somebody who is a liar, has a bad attitude, rude, not open-minded, and just someone who has no drive. Homicide Detectives need to be people who are eager, determined, on go, and ready to get the case solved and get justice for the family of the person who was killed. So, $46,000 would not be good enough for a Philadelphia resident.

I think that being paid for all my school work , extracurricular activities , and chores is a good idea because it will motivate me more to do those actual things since I’ll be getting paid. I do work at home such as cleaning the bathroom and doing the dishes. I think that if was to get paid , I would do work at home more often. I attend school for 8:50 am to 3:25 pm 5 days a week which is about 6 hours and 35 minutes. I would earn $397.50. I go to Girard and only go home on the weekends, and cleaning takes me about 3 hours. So I would earn , $79.50 for the weekend since I would be cleaning for 2 days during the weekend. So I would earn $477 dollars per week.

If there was anything that I could change it would be for the programs to be more known by the public. Before actually doing research, I didn’t know that there were even programs to help with food insecurity.

Yes, Americans are very wasteful, they barely care about waste, recycling, and all the effects that it could have on the world. The United States is the most wasteful country. For example at school, if you were to look into the trash cans after breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you would see a lot of food. Sometimes the food doesn’t taste too good or sometimes we don’t want to eat it all, so we just throw it away. Also if you were to look into much trash Americans throw out , it’s a high amount. In 2013, Americans generated about 254 million tons of trash and recycled and composed about 87 million tons of that material. There’s a range for both women and men but, that’s just the middle number for both. No, I don’t think that the consumption of calories is unjust because you can consume however much you want, it shouldn’t matter.

The American Civil War was a civil war fought in the United States from 1861 to 1865, between the North and South. The civil war began as a result of the long-standing controversy over the enslavement of black people. There was 620,000 Americans that died in the civil war, that’s the highest number of people that have died in a war ( Battle Fields ). The civil issue was fought over the moral issue of slavery. I think that was a good enough reason to start the war because slavery was a major problem. They were fighting for a good cause and what was right.

I think that the average American does support the military but, at the same time the average American doesn’t really care. The most people say is ” Thank you for your service ” . For example, I don’t really care/pay attention to the military. I just know that they sacrifice their lives to fight for our country. I think Americans, including me, should actually support thew military more and really look into what they go through just to protect us. I also think that saying ” Thank you for your service ” is not enough , we should find other ways to show that we thank and support them.

I think new technologies such as drones and facial recognition are some good new technologies. Facial recognition is a technology capable of identifying or verifying a person from a digital image or a video frame from a video source. Facial recognition is mostly used for security purposes ,though there is increasing interest in other areas of use ( Techopedia ) . There is facial recognition on some iPhones so you can be able to get into your phone, if you don’t feel like typing your password in. Drones are remotely controlled aerial systems that are used to carry out lethal counterterrorism strikes as well surveillance and other non-lethal operations ( Friends Committee on National Legislation ) . The advantages of drones are that they are fairly low priced, remote controlled, intelligent, and they give quick responses. I think that both drones and facial recognition are both two good technologies.
